EASY! Hoisin Tofu & Broccoli Stir Fry (vegan)
400g firm pressed tofu
3 green onions
1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup broccoli florets
1. Coat a non-stick frypan with cooking spray. Heat then cook the tofu for 3-4 minutes until golden.
2. Add the green onions and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
3. Stir in sauces and juice, add the broccoli and cook until hot.
4. Serve with cooked brown or jasmine rice.
