Sundried Tomato Pate / Pesto (vegan)

This pate is great as a dip or is also yummy on pasta. Just heat and toss with your favourite pasta.

1 cup soaked almonds
8-10 soaked sundried tomato pieces
1 stalk celery
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons fresh basil minced
1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt

1. rocess everything except basil in a food processor with the "S" blade.Add basil at end. Decorate.
