Delicious Tropical Smoothie (vegan)
100ml Soya Cream or double Cream
2 tsp icing sugar
½ can coconut milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
20g mango, diced
1 tsp water
2 slices of mango and 2 mint leaves, to serve
1. Whisk the double cream lightly.
2. Fold in the icing sugar, coconut milk and cinnamon to combine.
3. Place into a blender along with diced mango and water and blend to combine.
4. Pour into a glass and garnish with mango and mint leaves to serve.
